HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24-36 hours (on business days) of receiving a message or email.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Our warehouses process and ships out all orders Mondays-Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should leave the warehouse within 5-10 business days AFTER your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after.

 

Refund & Replacement Policies

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving yours. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s), Note: We will not be held liable to any lost or mis-routed parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

 ** RETURNS UPDATE**

Due the the current Coronovirus pandemic and growing health concerns, we are unfortunately unable to allow returns/refunds. Once your order is made we can not cancel it. Thank you for your understanding during this time.

Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card on this Website? 

We're aware that using a Credit Card online can be scary! However, our website is SSL encrypted and certified (As can be seen below) to give you safe and secure transactions, and all Credit Card payments are processed with our payment processor Shopify, the best in the business.

We cannot see your personal Credit Card number when a transaction is made, we don't store any Credit Card information, and we will never share your personal information with anyone else! Rest assured, any purchase you make with us is as secure as it gets!

 

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will only receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

Will my order come in one package?

Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 2-3 business days apart. Please do not be alarmed if this happens. The other order is on its way!
