We unfortunately do not refund any purchases made on our websites (www.thedesignblocshop.com, www.thedesignbloc.com, or our funnel pages leading up to this site). Please make sure you read all of the descriptions and what's included before making a purchase.

All sales are final, and due to the nature of our products we unfortunately can not offer any money-back guarantees. By placing your order/payment/donation, you recognize and agree that you shall not be granted a refund under any circumstances.

Mentorship/Courses Clause
The information provided during mentorship and our courses are intended for informational purposes only. We ask that you do not share the internal contents of our mentorships, courses, and ebooks, as you can be held legally in breach of this clause if caught doing so.

Our mentorships are based on the mentors'/authors' experiences and opinions only, and may be perceived as non-typical results by many. Erica Williams, The Design Bloc, thedesignbloc.com, thedesignblocshop.com, or any listed or unlisted social media channels assumes no responsibility, under any circumstances, for any actions taken as a result of the information provided during mentorship.

The results and reviews mentioned by our other students are based on their own experiences while working with us. Their result should not be deemed as guaranteed results. 

Even though you are paying for membership, this does not imply that your mentor will be excessively available or around the clock to answer your questions. Please allow a 24-48 hour window for all responses and we will happily get you the best answers we can! All major questions should be asked during your 1hr calls or within our group chat setting.
